5 days of Cooking!

Day 1: Green Bean Salad with Basil Pesto and Prosciutto
Day 2: Sauteed Tofu with Chimichurri Sauce, Pea and Mushroom Risotto, and Brussel Sprouts

Day 3: Chicken Sandwiches with Roasted Red Peppers, Cararmelized Onions, and Spinach



Day 4: Tuscan Kale, Turkey Sausage, and Green Lentil Soup






Day 5: Broccoli and Mushroom Calzones








Due to time constraints many of us couldn't dream of cooking something different everyday so I thought it be fun to attempt to cook a new dish for 5 straight days. Whether it be lunch or dinner, I acheived it with a little help from my co-workers and friends who I enjoyed sharing with. I kind of luck out.... working in a commercial kitchen 40 hours a week, so I should be doing this more often. I must admit it was a very gratifying and healthy week!
